Warranties & Refunds

Thanks for purchasing a Pelican Trolling Motor.

All of our products sold are warranted to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. You must provide Proof of Purchase.

If Pelican Trolling Motors, in its sole discretion, finds a product to be defective, our only responsibility shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective product.

This warranty is subject to the following limitations.

1. All products returned for warranty inspection must receive prior return authorisation which can be obtained by contacting us on hristosm@emppl.com.au

2. Pelican Trolling Motors assumes no responsibility for products during shipment from the customer to our warranty department.

3. Products damaged by misuse or anything other than defects in material or workmanship, are excluded from coverage under this warranty.

4. Any repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty only.

5. We are unable to accept returns for change of mind, however if model purchased is incorrect we are able to offer an exchange provided the original purchase is unopen and unused.
